CEO CUP

 

The 2023 CEO Cup will be held by Rolling Hills Golf Club on Friday, May 26th and Saturday, May 27th, 2023. This year’s event will have 2 tee-time slots wherein you can sign-up (Friday 06:30 AM and Saturday 06:30 AM). The CEO Cup Tournament Committee will be coordinating all aspects of the golf event with your designated representative. The event will utilize a Stableford scoring format applying 75% of each player’s established handicap.

 

Eligibility
Any Saudi Aramco employee or dependent, 16 years of age and over, whom is a member in good standing at any of the SAGA golf clubs, holding a current handicap at one of the clubs.


Fees
There is no entry fee for 2023 CEO CUP and no green fees will be charged for this event.

 

Sign-up
SAGA Member Clubs are requested to submit their respective competitors list to the 2023 CEO Cup Tournament Director no later than Sunday, May 21st, 2023. Cancellations must be made no later than May 23rd, 2023. Please return these before the deadline to Jeff.Meisner@aramco.com.

 

Tee-Times
There will be two (2) shotgun starts, Friday and Saturday at 06:30:00AM. Draws will be arranged to maximize golf cart utilization.

 

Handicaps
SAGA Golfers holding current handicaps are eligible to play. Handicaps will be limited to 27 for men and 32 for ladies.

 

Rules & Decisions
The competition will be played under USGA/R&A rules in addition to RHGC Local Rules. Any dispute or doubtful point on the rules will be referred to the Tournament Committee whose decision will be final. Ties in the competition will be settled by USGA tiebreaker (Stableford points count-back).

 

Prizes & Handouts
Prizes will be awarded as follows;
• CEO Cup Winner Men’s & Ladies (Most Stableford Points Overall)
• 1st, 2nd, and 3rd All Flights (Combined)
• Hole-in-One and Closest-to-Pin (both days) Skill Prizes (one prize per player)
• Most Stableford Points RHGC, ANGC, WASGC, SSGC

 

Breakfast
Breakfast will be available for the players on Friday and Saturday morning.

 

Dinner & Award Presentation
As in years past, a dinner and awards presentation will follow the competition on the evening of Saturday, May 27th, 2023 - and it is anticipated many members of Executive Management will be in attendance. This year’s dinner and awards ceremony will be held at the Plaza Conference Center (PCC) in Dhahran, and all competitors and spouses/guests are welcome and encouraged to attend. There will be a guarantee fee of 150 SAR for competitors who are attending the dinner, which shall be refunded at the door upon presentation of their Player ticket. Tickets will be available starting Monday, May 01st, 2023. Doors will be open at 4:00PM on May 27th 2023 at the PCC. Reception will between 4:30 – 6:30 PM. Further details of the program will follow.
